We are confident in the quality of our work, and stand behind it, so if you are not satisfied, please reach out. We will either repair the item or offer a full refund.

On special orders, we offer a full refund, less 25%, as we had to make it special for you.

 

So, in short:

1. You can always exchange a piece for a credit towards a new item. Regular shipping fees will apply on the new item.

2. You can return a piece for a full refund, but you will have to cover the insured shipping cost back to us.
