We don't really get a lot of questions. So, maybe try asking us, and we'll include your question here.

Are the pieces made by you?

If you mean by me, Mead Simon, then yes. I make virtually every piece here, except sometimes I have friends helping out during very busy seasons. (Thank you, Rachel.)

Are your pieces hyper-allergenic?

If you mean "hypo-allergenic", as in people not having an allergic reaction, then yes, they are. All our pieces are made with components that are safe for people with allergies. No lead, no nickel, none of those metals that people generally react to. We're good that way.

How long does it take you to make a piece?

Yes.

I'm never really sure how to answer this one. Some pieces, like simple bracelets, can take as little as 10 minutes. Some pieces have taken up to 2 months. It really depends on the piece, how complex it is, and how much inspiration I have in the design process.

Where do you get your ideas?

I used to get them from a PO Box in upstate New York, back in the day.

Do you expect people to read your FAQ page?

No, not really. But if you made it this far, send me a note for other questions to toss in here, and if I do, you will receive an e-mail with a 10% discount coupon.

Will you consider shipping via UPS or FedEx, or some other carrier?

Of course. For now, though, I'm busy with my summer sales season and don't really expect to get anything else up and running until October.
